Who we are

Luis Carranza, LLC ("we", "us") is a software engineering studio registered in Delaware, United States (File No. 10608059). This policy explains what we do with personal data when you use luiscarranza.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us voluntarily through the contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The content of your message

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or profiling. There are no accounts, no tracking cookies and no data collected about your browsing.

Why we use it

One purpose only: to read and reply to your enquiry. If we go on to work together, we may use the same details to manage that relationship.

• Legal basis (GDPR): your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Who processes it

We do not sell or rent personal data. It is shared only with the providers that make the site work:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery and email routing.
• Google (Gmail) — the inbox where enquiries arrive.

These providers act as processors on our behalf, under their own terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse (for example, bot management). These are not used to identify you for marketing.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of those rights, write to contact@luiscarranza.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, those transfers rely on standard contractual clauses.

Children

The site is aimed at businesses and professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
