How long does a typical engagement take?
From discovery to launch, most projects run six to twelve weeks. We do not believe in artificial deadlines; the time is what the problem requires.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes. A significant part of our work is translating business intent into engineering decisions. Technical fluency on your side is not required.
What is your pricing model?
Fixed-scope engagements for defined deliverables, time-and-materials for evolving products. We propose the model after the discovery phase, not before.
What if the scope changes during the project?
We expect it. Weekly demos and a single source of truth make change visible. We rescope openly, not silently.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
